Sorry, no. With NTL I thought of NLI (NTLI), no nortel inversoria. I would not invest into Argentine stocks before an ultimate decision about USD, or float is being made. Same situation as in Brazil early 1999.

NLI could bounce (it always does from time to time and then it bounces very strongly), but from the news you can see it has debt problems and survival is in doubt. At 64c it is worth a look. The cheaper it gets towards yearend the better...debt/equity restructuring likely in 2002:

DVIN, well. No debt problems but quite a float thanks to the costly acquisitions. I noticed that Tom Hua turned it down but if it trades below cash somewhere in Dec worth a look.

I'm just looking at AQQ a bit. Shady amex stock but deflated a bit since its IPO at $15. Looks like a tax game to me.
