Lets see if we have this right... Hackborn the most influencial HWP board member resigns and says that if the merger is voted down, he and other board members that support this merger will also resign, along with CF, and some other HWP executives. So while the posters on this board cheer on the failure of the merger,exactly where do you think the stock price is headed with all the lack of confidence in HWP the street will have in HWP? If you like HWP at 22 you will love it at 15, which is where many stocks that don't have the support of the street hang out. Jerome
