OT Tony, re: the videotape,

The translations reportedly say that bin Laden and his companions were "overjoyed" regarding Sept. 11th.

I hope those around the world who still think America got what she deserved realize what kind of sickos are acting as their "agents of justice."

>3. The suicide attackers were sent to this country without being told that they were on a suicide mission. Even though they are trained and brainwashed that this sort of thing is their ultimate "career path", it is inhuman for the terrorist top dogs to be carrying out their "business" that way.

It didn't sound to me that they didn't know that they were being sent to the U.S. on a suicide mission- it sounds like they knew they were, but they didn't know specifically what that mission was to be, presumably so they couldn't spill the beans so easily.

Regardless, it's all pretty despicable.

On a similar note, I've begun to read the Koran, as I didn't want to develop a dislike of Islam from being ignorant. Unfortunately, the more I've read it, the less fond I am of that particular religion. Any thoughts?
