"when the technology is not advanced enough to suceed on those tests that are permitted by the treaty" That is just flat out wrong unless you know more than is being reported. We are rejecting it because we are NOW ready to do tests that would be forbidden. What is your fear of protecting us in this way? What harm to the U.S. or the world will come with the develpment of such a system? Seems like the left would like this type of defense for our country.
