Yes, he can. But what is scarier is that he can also exploit the religious fundamentalism of Saudi and Egyptian young men who, by all accounts, were far from poverty stricken. The center of gravity of all this is Saudi Arabia, not one of the world's destitute countries. My point was "poverty" seems not to be the major root of this poisonous tree.
