I'd agree. Most were opposed. I don't think we're clinging to it, but I would say that we realize that once you go 3/4 of the way down the road, you may as well finish the trip. It looks bad if it falls apart. Even so, I'd say CPQ is in better shape than HWP if it falls apart. They'd get the cash, they have a good operating plan, and their CEO wouldn't be smattered with as much mud.
