Sorry to post this to you as you simply were the last post on the thread.

Dell's customer service is perhaps the worst I've dealt with in my entire experience as a consumer. I've made money with Dell stock and work for a company that uses Dell product exclusively.

However, the experience I had with a return and trying to get a credit posted have soured me on Dell to the point where I'm selling the last of my stock and I vow to never buy product from them again.

If I am within reach of Michael Dell before my cooling off period expires, my next post will be from the prison library.

Regards and best of luck with all of you Dell stockholders, I'm done with this company.
