Justa, you have to respect this major support level at 1934. It is a bit difficult for me to take a historical read that has a 16% greater probability than random over a dead bottom 60-minute chart and a major support level.

I'm not looking for a great bounce, just NDX 1640 or so over the next couple of days to get the 60-minute back up.

You might very well be right, the trading today is very narrow, and, IMTO, if we have not taken 1955 out in another 2 hours, we should be testing and most probably breaching 1934 later today.
