yep...let's see what happens to the Clinton/Rubin strong dollar policy initiated in 1995... and the beginning of the blow-off market phase btw, after the new year.

Once the Euro currency hits the streets Jan 1, 2002...and becomes a much more viable "currency" of choice, and the "recovery" in the U.S. drags on... it wil be interesting to see how foreign investors view the dollar as a safe haven.

i think it's the last leg of the stool regarding the relative strength of the U.S. Markets, and the last piece of the engine that's missing, that keeps the POG in stall.
