Me, me, me! I'm the king of the hill! I'm the champ! You'll have to try harder! Never did drugs so I can't relate to inhaling. Now hyperventilating I'm good at. The thought of whooping you had me so excited, I could hardly breathe. And to do it with impeccable timing was better than the thought of the Bosox winning a series. Yeah, I remember Billy BUCKner. I also remember BUCKy Dent. Was The Gerbal managing the Sox when Billy BUCK was left in the game? The Yankees probably slipped Ole Gerbal a BUCK or two to forget about replacing Billy BUCK for defensive purposes. The Gerbal did end up with the Yanks! Babe Ruth, Sparky Lyle, Wade Boggs, Roger Clemens and the list goes on with former Bosox players that switched to become one of the "hated" Yankees. You have a lot to learn about life. One of the things you'll never know is how being a Bosox fan builds character. We learn at an early age how to overcome adversity, how to be an optimist and how to carry on with life even if you don't end up being number one. The lesson learned in life by being a Bosox fan is that doing your best is what is truly important, and recognizing others for accomplishing higher goals. Any sports announcer will tell you that Bosox fans are among the most knowledgeable and gracious fans in baseball. We would applaud the success of opposing players when they performed above and beyond what was expected of them. If you followed the Ray Bourque story in hockey this past year, you'd know how Boston fans rooted for the success of Ray's new team as they progressed during the season on their way to the Stanley Cup and eventually won the Cup. Boston fans held Ray Bourque parties and local news stations carried the success of his team all during the season. Being a Bosox fan prepares you for a life of learning to live outside yourself, to recognize the success of others and cheer them on, even when they are enjoying more success than yourself. You mentioned .... >> 'da both of ya's just aint quite good enough to run with the Big Dawg's... << I am the Big Dawg! I not only made the call on the best seven week performance for the market in over 20 years, but if you'll recall, I was short the market with USPIX. THAT WAS THE REAL CALL DURING THIS BEAR MARKET! USPIX was up over 200% at one point. Although I was slow recognizing it, I did participate in half that move. Not to mention the impeccable timing call on the retailers and my call to let the home builders run during this last leg, as opposed to shorting too early. It's been a good year for this Dawg. I hope your next year is better than this one for you. You've lost a lot of credibility this year. I think it's the company you keep. You and I both know la Pooch don't know s$it, that he's a cut and paste analyst. You've nailed others for that in the past, but you let la Pooch slide. Is it because he calls you Big Guy? Are you two having a relationship or something? I hope you're not the infamous Mrs Patch! Please, say it ain't so! <VBG> I appreciate the holiday greeting and I wish you the same. My New Years wish is that the Bosox go all the way and that the Seldom Right thread can improve to the Sometimes Right thread. When you see bitch dog, give him a noogie for me, will ya? And if it is true that you two are involved, switch roles so I won't have to change names from la Pooch to le Pooch. I always thought he was the more feminine of you two. <LOL> You pal, Sheriff bum
