This could certainly fit that scenario: -g- 16:41 ET Japanese Govt Forecast : Japanese governement forecast 0% growth for the 2002 fiscal year, softening earlier predictions of contraction, cites hope that U.S. stimulus programs will spur economy.

Heinz, funny you should bring it up as I was just looking at it. I have been tracking it for months and here is what I've been following: angelfire.com I really though we had another low coming to finish off the 'C' of '2' which I had as an ending diagonal. After today I am very unsure we get it. I am not positioned yet so I sure hope we do.
