John, You need to apply a holding company discount which is usually 10 to 30%. You also need to apply a discount for the incompetent management. They took 2 products into phase 3 trials without doing complete phase 2 trials and in the process have lost a lot of money. Now Cox is talking about finding a new opportunity which means selling the ONC shares. Also don't forget they've still got a pretty high burn rate. Old Mr. Cox and many of his buddies are still collecting a fat pay cheque. Why did they only lay off half their staff? They should have let 98% of them go. The only way to realize the value of SYB is if shareholders can remove the current board. As SYB is mostly held by us stupid retail shareholders, the chances of that are somewhere between slim and none. Dave
