Yes.

And I'm about as tired of hearing about how fast the damn P4 decoder runs as I am about hearing pissing and moaning about Tim May's manners from people who should know better ( that excludes Z who wrote one of the funniest posts I've seen recently, #65696 ).

Comparison of Tim May to Paul E, IMO, is unwarranted and an insult to Tim, who has shown a lot of restraint around here, IMO.

It seems to me there's a vast difference in that Paul's intent is pure FUD while Tim educates up to the limit of his patience.

Tenchu, With important parts running at a fraction of that main clock speed, the net result is an averaged performance. This explains the poor performance of the P-4 despite it's speed.
