The real key to FTHL is the cash burn - less than $10 million last quarter when they company is sitting on several hundred million in cash. If they had to liquidate the whole show tomorrow including selling off their network, they would emerge with a few bucks per share for the shareholders, even with all the debt paid off.

Pretty good risk/reward play for the January effect.
