Several people on our site are in and out during the day - they just leave a browser logged in and come back to catch up on the chat periodically. We don't keep a formal chat log because, in my experience, they are downloaded by anonymous characters and snippets end up in other people's hands, much like an SI post could. Anyway, I just wanted to offer the site's services to anyone interested. It is a very informal operation.

I agree too.. I myself really am not into chat sites per say.. Its great after hours to get together, no pressure, and discuss certain issues like we started doing on weekends with the Yahoo site but as for trading during the day- I dont think most of us trade like that, so it really wouldnt be very practical for us.. Besides- people have alot of choices such as Dale or Sharcks site, and I think alot of contributors use those sites already if they like the live action.. I prefer a message board, seperate from any existing groups for alot of reasons.. but most of all because this has worked so well for us.. and 17k posts as I said with no fighting and turmoil says alot about the gang..
