It is my policy not to accuse people of lying or bad faith if there is an alternative explanation. I do not consider it obfuscation to extend that policy to the defense of people I have reason to consider friends in other respects. If that is clueless, I am glad to be so, for I am nearly choking on the sophistication of some people, who defame the current Administration and create mare's nests to feed their paranoia......
