I certainly agree. RB/Lycos has become a mess. And I believe they did it on purpose. Trying to get away from being known as just a message board. Many screw-ups in the process. Its certainly clear that they cater to the hypster/tout/shills. I hang out with a group who enjoys exposing bb scams. Needless to say, we've become very unpopular. And Lycos has made that perfectly clear. By integrating some formula into that stupid $ sign gizmo they have. Whereas all the well known bashers were stripped of them, and all the well known touts were given five of them.

I've been tossed from RB more times than a good Italian salad; For absolutely no reason other than exposing touts. I'm not alone, either.
Quite a few people who used to hang out at SI are in the same boat. They too, are fed up. It won't be long before SI see's a migration of posters coming from RB to here.

I like SI. And I certainly believe it can become what it used to be. A more lively stock thread. There's plenty of room here from scambusters, stock researchers, stock advice, and just general BS talk. What I like about SI is that they don't treat you like a two year old. You're pretty much free to do what you want w/o asking for permission like a two yr old. Not the case on RB. Its truly turned into a POS site. And I don't believe they give a damn. They've turned RB into an advertising clinic. Not to mention the disastrous format they've instituted.

Hopefully SI will become a more active site in the not to distant future. I'll certainly help in promoting them.
