New Vision: I agree. Some thoughts on the AH warnings.

First, it IS earnings warning season. Second, some(much?) of this is company specific. Motorola and Micron have been laggards for several years -- earnings warnings and poor guidance from them is really nothing new.

Having said that, it is a given that Nasdaq will be down 20-30 points within the first hour because the market is still climbing the "wall of worry". As you stated, the key is whether the Nasdaq pares some of its opening decline. If it finished down 10-20 points tomorrow, I would not consider that a calamity. If it continues to sell off throughout the day and finishes at or near its lows, down 40 or 50 points, that would certainly give me pause.
