Is it the same morality that applies to people who are dying of cirrhosis of the liver or lung cancer or obesity? Those are self-inflicted diseases as well. So when a young person dies in a car crash because he was driving too fast, you'd be there saying that boy's going to burn in hell because he killed himself. Personally, I'd say, the boy was young and foolish (as so many young people are) and I hope he is happy in heaven.

I agree completely. A family where sex is monogamous and there is no promiscuity is utterly safe from AIDS or any other sexually-transmitted disease. They are bullet-proof, with extremely rare exceptions. If the world lived by this standard, there would be no such scourges or epidemics. Simple common sense as to what is meant to be by Natural Law tells us where the root cause of these problems lies, and what the obvious solution is.
