Dave Gore: Along these lines....

Latest update from Sy Harding's "Street Market Report" (Sy Harding is a veteran market timer) continues to recommend staying in 100% cash and not initiating new positions. He does NOT recommending shorting anything in this market, however.

His ST signals remain on "Sell" although his Intermediate Term signals (more important to Harding) remain on a "Buy" signal. He reasons that the risk of a brief correction, perhaps up to 15%, outweighs any immediate upside. He is looking (hoping?) for a correction to re-initiate positions while still in the "favorable" season for stocks.
