TDW's been flooding CNBC with their *NEW* spokesman...the grandfatherly gent that used to play DA on Law and Odor. As a former TDW customer it strikes me as humorously appropriate: Waiting for an order to go thru or for a cancellation was very much like being an behind an 85 year old driver going 25 in a 50 zone...maybe a bit worse. I've been gone for over a year so maybe they've driven enough customers away with their higher commissions and crappy service that their creaky systems are no longer overloaded. And with the ad campaign apparently aimed at customers who are, by nature, slow and deliberate, perhaps they've found their niche.
