Is SI dying? I'm not sure that it is, but it probably should be. There used to be some recourse to vulgar mouthed people who continually insult others and promote nothing but hostility by their posts. Now, it seems that SI has thrown in the towel as far as trying to keep the threads clear of this junk. It's like a neighborhood going downhill where the punks are taking over and law enforcement is non-existent. People are looking for new neighborhoods to move to. I am one of them.
P.S. I was the recipient of SI punishment a couple of times myself, but now people post much worse than I ever did in my "emotional" moments and nothing is done even when reported.
Happy Holidays

A lot of people left SI because of a few silly ads.

People left SI for additional reasons, "silly admins".

The 4 replies to my post a week ago, based on my in box to this thread is an education.

<<In a perfect world, everything would be free.>>

Not exactly, because if everything was free for everyone, things would not be perfect by a long shot, but I know what you really meant. Looked at a bit differently, those for whom everything was free would think it was perfect. To everyone else it would not come even close.
