I was not clear, I was referring to a threat to this country not to individuals. Bin Laden, or Bin Laden with anthrax, or Bin Laden and Evil Burt with a nuke are not going to destroy the United States. They can cause a lot of suffering and damage and expense but it's ridiculous to imagine that the people of America are going to trade their red-white-and-blues for white flags and all march off to Bin Laden's detention center. At an individual level the terrorists are of course life threatening. TP
