Dear Bill: Thanks, I may just take you up on that. I bought a Dell for the service, hopefully they will give me some on line support in that area. Also, my neighbor got a Dell too and is supposed to help set it up. Claims its quite easy but I am wondering little things, like how do I get all the sites I go to to recognize my password anymore since in most cases I have forgotten the password. jdn
