Mary,

Two DELL's the past two months; 15 DELL's between myself and my family over the past 4 years. Never a problem; never a glitch; never a scrooge in the system. Understandably, the irate customers are always the most vociferous, but its amusing the way they personally attack Michael Dell. If all satisfied customers posted on the thread, the SI web site would be overloaded.

PS - I've experienced that 'vaunted' Dell service also!! In my case it was supposed to be the 'extra special' dedicated workstation support.... Been buying from IBM now...
