You think you can make sweeping statements such as the one above and it suddenly becomes true. In fact exactly the opposite would be true. All those pins have to connect to pads. That takes up space. If anything the high pincount would increase the size of the die. You are simply making up nonsense as you type and I'm afraid you don't even know you're doing it. You make up facts on the fly and you seem to have no regard about getting caught. If a lie doesn't fly the first time you just try passing it off on someone else. I'm afraid this is the end of this discussion because I'm not going to waste my time on someone who makes thing up adlibitum. As someone else said, you are AMD's #1 fabrication facility.
