Maybe....are you saying that there is a direct parallel? In your example with MSFT, you are working to a point where I am not only not able to use MSFT's product, but no competitor's product and no platform that it could run on. For the comparison to work, it would mean that the U.S. is not only not allowing trade with the U.S., but also not allowing other countries to trade with Cuba. Considering that I have bought Cuban cigars in both Canada and Malaysia, I am almost certain that Cuba has trade with other countries.
