Ask yourself why Petit Jean Chretien is so popular in English Canada and you will have part of your answer. Why I should be disturb by Peladeau, Desmarais and Bombardier, French Canadian icons ? You wrote that I should be disturb but you didn't mentioned the reasons. Desmarais, a French Canadian from Ontario who started with nothing and built on Conglomerate, Power Corporation. Péladeau, Pierre, a French Canadian who started with nothing and built a multinational in the printing sector, Quebecor. Bombardier, Armand, a French Canadian who started a business with a humble invention, a ski-doo and is now (with the help of his gender) a multinational in the transportation industry. O.K They received subsidies from the Federal government, like GM, like McCain and like so many corporations. About Campeau, is was a dishonest businessman, like every community can have some (Did you hear of Enron recently ? Oh Yeah, everybody know it, AMERICANS are all dishonest persons...) Then we could start of war of numbers on which Provinces have been more favored by the Federal Government but it will go on forever. (But for someone who care about how many jews died exactly during the WWII,like if it was beans, that doesn't surprised me.) Take care, Gilbert

(Lib. and PC, feds for 40 years.>> Who cares if it is true or not? What is important is the future. If we had to get back in time and examine history, it would not be pretty and this time, only the british would have to be blamed for what they did to Le Bas-Canada. It is much better to have a positive attitude and find ways so Canada does come out as a united and prosperous nation.
