ed,

Who knows where this dangerous deviation could take us?

Well....let's not rule anything out, eh? For those of us who are rugged individualists, there's always the tattoo:

compassnet.com

By the way, pay no attention to that tattooed pig - he's from that Other Thread.

Regards to All,

Aggie

Fast Eddy,

Some paragraphs just bear repeating. This one is practically an instant classic (and I especially like the rhetorical flourishes, you have a future in either high quality ad writing or, well, futurology):

"So far all is right with the small world of sycophants. The seeds of the problem are beginning to appear, however. Note the next paragraph referring to HIS "table pounding call for a major rally in the gold stocks." This is not good. Did Ed ever laugh loudly at his own jokes? No, never, and he wouldn't have done it. Do the linemen ever call for the ball on 3rd and 5, down by 7 in the 4th quarter? Did Watson ever tell Sherlock Holmes, "that's a good point but I think you missed the 'major call' in evidentiary analysis?" Hell no!!!!! "

All is right with the small world of sycophants, indeed. Or the world of small sycophants. Dat would be ole' Iso, doing his best politically incorrect (although most likely unconscious) impression of Uncle Remus or Mark Twain in dialect.

But, really, Ed, your style is elegant. Do you think these two pussies (meow) realize yet they're being ridiculed and that the audience is much much larger than they imagine?

Qui sait?
