All that proves is that people in that area like to mooch off others. Nothing to be proud of really. AS others move out as Boeing did and it becomes less popular for visitors you will see the follie of that thinking.

The voters in CA voted on how much insurance should cost. An idiotic concept imo since the average Joe cannot know what it costs to run the companies. Same logic with this. Put anything to a vote that will save the voter money and they will vote for it. Does not mean it is good business though.
