The only thing wrong with taking profits is leaving money on the table. Granted, flipping has been the name of the game the past 18 months. The probability is that the economy will start to come out of the recession sometime in 2002, and there will be a decent move up in the market. The winners will be mixed between the stocks that have been the winners the past 2 years, and the downtrodden good companies, particularly many in tech. GLW at 7 or 8 or 9 is very cheap. The stock will likely trade in the 30s or 40s within 2-3 years. While this holding period is alien to most folks here, some of us relate to that time frame. ah, why do i bother. ggg larry
