I am feeling pretty bullish about 2nd 1/2 of 2002.I've been buying stks again..loaded up on stor=10k shs @ 5.75. Will buy techs on any weakness....sitting on too much cash doesn't seem too smart for me. Daytrading hasn't been worth the time and effort...Patience and risk makes much more sense. We may see a few more layoffs but that's a lagging indicator to the recovery that may occur...kinda feels like after the 1998 Asian crisis but much more intense...11 rate cuts..avg recession last 11-16 months and lot of rebuilding to do...sideline money and techs will need to participate in the IT recovery. I am starting to think that even more terrorist attacks won't stop the process. I only hope and pray that we don't see any New Yrs Eve horrors. God Bless America.

You are right as usual: took profits on bprx and ally, now both higher and am looking for down days to buy them back cheaper.
I guess the thing to do when there are down days is buy more of the ones you want then you can really afford (use margin); then when you have profits sell some for the profits and put some "in the closet" so to speak as true buy and hold stocks...but not many deserve that I agree.
I like ally, dell, bprx, geac and have to think about brli but Mort does seem to invest wisely.
I like mntg and dfxi(which I recently took profits on: will I buy it back cheaper?) and qlgc (ditto?)
This is hard, isn't it Sig, we actually have to work for the money now and I have smaller goals...$50,000 for a downpayment instead of a million though that is still a farther goal.
I like your idea of buying a small amount of each and then deciding when to add and oh do I agree with you that looking for mo mo stocks is RISKY!!!!
More snow in Utah...Boy is it ever getting ready for the Olympics: I 15 is even finished after overruns by time of 3 years and by money of ????????and it got down to -17 here in S Utah and then back up to 34 above!!!!!
