Hello Myst. That's an excellent point about 'tuning' the various tweaks to AIM for each individual stock. Another AIMster advocated use of the crossover of short and long EMA values to confirm sales.

Just eyeballing a few charts of my own holdings it is clear that this would have left significant dollars on the table by confirming the AIM sales too late. The initial suggestion was tested against VTSS, and a long-term chart shows a steady rise in price over many years. My own holdings, all semi-equips, have been far more volatile. Using the EMA crossover would likely not have produced superior results in these cases.

Still, these are all techniques worth exploring to enhance Mr L's original vision.
