Larry, I believe $27.45 is the magic number for anyone that received ALA shares from the DIGI merger and never sold. So, if you sold at less than $27.45 you should have cash back and if you never sold they are using a price of $14 something from October. So if I understand anyone that held or sold below 27.45 is going to receive a settlement of as much as $13 something a share. My old broker at PaineWebber said he has never seen a settlement like this. I had sold some at $50, some at $20 something and held 25% of my position so I am definitely getting some cash back. Sounds like you may also?
