Thanks for your comments. It was informative. A couple of questions-- 1. Do you think that the company heard prior to Friday PM that their application was on the ropes but waited until the market closed to release the information? Interesting $3 drop [on much higher than normal volume] in the last hour of Friday's trading. 2. Any chance that analysts or others heard that the application was likely to be rejected and traded on such news in the two weeks prior to the formal after-hours disclosure from the Company? Creditability - as your post shows, one way or another management lacks creditability.
