Well then Doc you answered your own question, NO ONE CAN CHALLENGE THE US, so then why are we building a shield that can't work anyway. How about we just MUSCLE anyone who starts building launch sites and say this is a terrorist act and we will destroy the site. We threw away the start of denuclearization the ABM Treaty with a swift stupid move because we are no longer interested in stopping nuclear proliferation. The answer is that we want arms proliferation. And China will not sit back and let us BULLY everyone by building a shield. They will have to build a lot of offensive weapons and will cause others to follow including us and away we go.........
