Happy New Year! Did you celebrate?

Will you get yourself a dog? A new cat would be risky.

Our cat is better. He had four different types of cat food. Three variations on dried and wet food.
Yesterday, my husband decided to buy him another type of dried, one that he likes, but we
haven't bought for him lately. You know what? He ate it. I think he felt better though. I had
two conferences with his doctor's people yesterday morning, and they told me that the type
of food wouldn't make any difference if he was sick. We bought the wet food because we figured
it would coat his stomach so he could keep his medication down. It didn't work.

Yesterday, and this morning, he swallowed his medication and it didn't come back up. We will
still take him into see the doctor. Sometimes, when animals get sick, you need almost a sixth sense to figure
out if it they are mildly ill or if it is more serious. We keep M in the house.

Do your animals ever get ill?

Let's hope this year isn't as turbulent as last!!!

Are you having cold weather? I saw on the news where the east and the mid-west are cold!!! And Buffalo
got so much snow!

Cheers,
