Hi Tom,

I was watching the CNBC special briefly this morning
and I noticed they had a fellow based in Stowe , Vt.
I can remember many years ago when I was in Chicago
at Great Lakes Navy boot camp and when I mentioned
to someone I was from Vermont he didn't even know where
Vermont was on the map. Either we were pretty insignificant
or he was from Mars. I'm not sure which!

After a brief visit to the in-laws today I was returning
home and I could view Killington Mountain from a distance and they definitely have had a White Christmas. If you
look at the stock, Symbol"SKI", not much to get to excited
about, under .50 per share. This might be a contrarian's
dream stock but not for me. Will be cranking up Quicken
in the near future to see how our accounts performed. It
wasn't very pretty. Things seemed to improve after I started
using AIM/Newport on a more regular schedule. There is no
doubt my wife's Roth was the best account. She is very
conservative so I attempt to be conservative with her $.
I mailed our Roth contributions to our on line broker
yesterday and dated the checks for 01/01/2002.I took some
large losses in our taxable account which should help me
over the next few years. (Not that I felt I really needed
the help).I will be Aiming Nortel and also IDXC in the
year 2002. I have a feeling I will stick with NT but
take a profit in IDXC if it is substantial.

Regards,
Bob
