"Beautiful Mind" was inspirational, riveting
yes, too bad not factual though
Pittsburgh newspaper pointed out omissions and departures
- Nash was undergraduate at Carnegie Tech (now Carnegie Mellon)
- Nash had child out of wedlock before marrrying MIT woman
- Nash possibly was bisexual
- Nash divorced wife in movie, met at MIT

I wonder if his ex-wife attended the Nobel Prize ceremony

very interesting plot, more interesting topic for Nobel work
disputes Adam Smith's long-held premise
"needs of society best served by individuals each pursuing own needs"

Nash's premise supercedes this
with needs of society or a group pursued together
applied to labor negotiations, federal auctions, even evolutionary biology

in the past I have read here&there about evolutionary biology
it is fascinating, with greater need prevailing while favoritism to "relatives" clearly demonstrated

still, I loved the movie and agree Crowe will be a lead runner for Oscar Best Actor
but I doubt Ed Harris will go far as Supporting Actor
Ron Howard just might get a Director Oscar
has Howard received any previous Oscars?
dont think so
