Mani,

In the Ottoman Empire, non-Muslims paid a special dhimmi tax that was not imposed on Muslims. This is a matter of historical record. Why are you arguing against the historical record? All Muslim states since the original caliphate have imposed the dhimmi tax. Perhaps you should study history some more before you charge other people with slander.
