Albert,

You state the term "equilibrium", however look at the trend. The trend for AMD is that while they do garner market share, the only way they receive this increase in market share is by decreasing prices.

One does not know when levels reach "steady state".

From the last couple of Quarters to the next few Quarters, AMD's Income STatement says it all. Instead of garnering marketshare to increase value, AMD is doing it the latter.
