Albert,

amd is trying to win acceptance while intel already ha[s acceptance].

How long does it take a company to gain "acceptance". I have no problem with declining ASPs, the problem I have is when a company decreaes its prices so much that they become unprofitable. Additionally, how long does it take for amd to gain "acceptance"? It really does appear that AMD does not have a sound marketing strategy. Again, that one sentence says it all, if a corporations decreases prices to gain market share at the expense of profit margins, shareholder value will be destroyed.
