W-L-D. Why don't we clarify that a tad.

Capital always flows in the direction of "entreprenurial spirit" and opportunity. Canada has both. So, savvy industry folk and investors are placing their bets with our northern neighbors.

In my experience, a smart acquisition includes keeping all or most of the quality mgt - that build the company and knows the territory - IN PLACE.
