His state under his control had the most executions in that period of time....period....and of course he continues to insist no innocents died....while some are on death row with attornies that slept through the trials.
and the recent long term study in New Orleans showed that of the 95 people up for capital crimes, more than 90% were acquitted when proper legal counsel was available....
