belker, The 1st (or only) partition on the master hard drive is C: Setup disks are necessary if there's no previous OS to boot from. If you can access the unaccessible drive from a command prompt from the accessible drive format the unaccessible drive. If that isn't possible setup will give you the option of formatting the drive during the install. BTW if you can access the unaccessible drive from a command prompt you can backup the now unaccessible data. I can't think of any other details you'll need but don't hesitate to ask if anything comes up.
