Yes, Sharon proposed to make that policy official, but even the right wing Likud party turned it down. You still do not understand that Israel is a Democracy and the government discharge the will of the people, Sharon found out that that is not the will of the people, and had to give that dream up. How about Arafat doing the same? But I assure you that if Arafat does not rush to come to an understanding, an agreement that preclude the eradication of Israel (or an Islamic Palestine under an Islamic caliphate), Sharon will get his dream. It is quite simple, the longer Arafat wait the closer Sharon gets to his dream. Sometimes, I think Arafat is a special agent of Sharon and other hegemonists, everything he does serves the purpose of the hegemonists.
