Glenn, Sarmad, could that 9:30AM slowdown be a problem unique to cable users, due to the fact that they are sharing bandwidth with many neighbors? In other words, is the problem one of "last mile" limitations of cable instead of capacity on the backbone?

I wonder if the slowdown is due to retail ecommerce. Most ecommerce is done from the workplace. So if a lot of that is done around the lunch hour, I wonder if that would be enough to impact the internet speeds overall.
