"Golden Bear: sold to Homestake for $40 million
Mt. Milligan: sold to PDG for $182 million
Kemess: sold to Royal Oak for $110 million"

Mt.Milligan never became a mine and Kemess needed help from the government to become a mine. I bet Kemess won't make any money. Golden Bear was a little operation.

These projects were sold in the boom times. These are very hard and different times. Companies will not to spend this type of cash again unless it's proven (i.e bankable feasibility). I bet BAY will be taken over once the operation is producing cash flow. Why? Because there will be little risk in acquiring immediate cash flow. I feel the BAY shareholder will see his maximum returns at this stage.
