Okay, debt was accumulated in the 80s and not in the 90s. The nineties had a record breaking economic boom. I recall the early 80s had very high rates and a recession, and I can't speak for the economy, but my properties suffered severe industrial vacancies at the end of the 80s and getting a loan on an income producing property was a tough sell. I just consider my on financial situation and when I see big government debt then I know my business will slowly begin going down hill. I could be wrong, but that's what's been like for this working stiff.
