You seem to forget AMD's 180nm Part 2000+ is beating a 2Ghz NW with twice as much L2 cache and it's beating it quite well. Only at 2.2Ghz is it on par with AMD's 180nm part. I don't think you give AMD's design the credit it truly deserves. M.
